Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. Rorry starting his musical life by taught himself to play drum, form few band as a drummer, and got himself a “best drummer” in a musical competition. As the band starting to fall a apart, Rorry's journey began as the lead vocalist and guitarist for the band he formed "Lady Of The Flower" in the early 2000’s. After years of collaboration, the band goes hiatus, and Rorry decided to embark on a solo career. The decision to go solo was not just a musical evolution but a soul-searching journey to find a distinct voice and style. Inspired by a wide range of influences, from British pop, rock, new wave to modern indie, Rorry’s solo work is a fusion of raw distortion, melodic rhythm, with a touch of electronic indie vibe.
